Turn off your computer, do not use any gas and oil, do not use cars, electricity, plastics, any chemicals. Just go back to the forest and your cave and then you can name the heatwaves as you wish to.
Keep in mind that gas and oil arent only for energy consmuption - almost all organic chemistry is based on its too, so materials, pharmaceuticals, a lot of your everyday stuff
